Really really bad customer service.

Wrote earlier about getting the wrong stirrup bolt with my new rdx400. 10 point overnighted a new bolt.

Took 7 days tho. And it is exactly the same bolt as the other one. Called 10 point back. They overnighted another bolt.

It seems to be the correct diameter and thread, as it screws into the hole ok, but its at least an inch shorter than it needs to be. With the stirrup in place the bolt isnt long enough to even touch the hole. I can only assume now that 10point is just jerking me around and they have the worst customer service/quality control Ive ever experienced. Something is really fd up here.

Either the stirrup is for another bow or something. Its just plastic and if I buy a bolt long enough there will be the chance of a lot of potential wobble in it. Seems it should mate up much closer. Every time the bow is shot the cable hammers the stops hard.

They are part of the stirrup assembly. This is beyond chicken *** They were closed when the bolt was delivered today.

Guess Ill call Monday and see how to return this box full of garbage. Anyone else have this type of problem?

Did you have to deal with the Rag Nicole? I asked to speak to a supervisor of the warranty department and she wouldn't transfer me.

I told her that I refuse to to explain anything to her and then have to repeat it, unless she's a supervisor... She ended up hanging up on me. My complaint is above her pay grade but apparently she's their iron curtain...

I'll keep looking until I get a phone number that is at the top. I doubt they even know how nasty Nicole is, considering there's no other public phone number

I had the same encounter with their customer service department regarding a decocking bolt that TenPoint sells causing my strings to break and damage the cams. Local service center tried to get it warranteed but TenPoint refused.

Local service center said they have been telling TenPoint for years not to sell that decocking bolt because these new crossbows are too powerful for these bolts. TenPoint’s product caused the damage and they refused to warranty the repairs. $320 repair cost for a $1100 crossbow. Something to be said about a company where you can’t communicate with the warranty department or a supervisor.

It’s obvious they know they have a problem and until a class action lawsuit is filed against them they will just continue their arrogance towards the consumer. Check with other companies customer service departments before you purchase.

Look at their website and warranty also. This should give you a better idea on what type of company you’re dealing with!

Wicked Ridge M370 bought November 4, 2023 @ Bass Pro

First of all, I never write negative reviews. Product issues just happen. I understand. But what makes me write this review is I bought my first crossbow and had it for 30 days. Shot it three times at the range and the crank broke. Poor customer service first. No answer on their company phone for help. No return phone calls and poor late email customer service response. Thanks to Bass Pro Shop, they sent it back to them for free because Tenpoint was making me pay for the shipping. Tenpoint want me to take to a bow store to fix and pay them. The store is 60 miles away! Took three weeks for a response to the issue and they sent me a bill for $76 to fix or they will send it back broken. Blamed the issue on ME! What happened to the warranty? Only received negative emails from customer service dept. No phone calls. Today they still do not have my crossbow. Be very careful before you buy from this company. I will never buy from them again!

Really bad service

Dont know if its bad service or what. Kids bought me a new rdx400 for Christmas 23. Couldnt wait to shoot it and go deer hunting. Az archery season ends Jan 31. Started sight in and quickly realized the scope was bad. Elevation adjustment didnt work. With the adjustment maxed out it was 3 high at 20 yards. Called 10 point. Scope wasnt the right one for the bow. Got to looking closer. Bow was obviously used, a lot. They didnt pay for a used one. (Not sure whos at fault here). Returned it to scheels. 200 mile drive one way. They agreed it it was an fd up deal all around and ordered a new one. Didn't have one in stock. Were good about it but Id already lost 2 weeks of deer season and had to drive 400 miles round trip. Got the new bow today. Tried to assemble. Only thing I need to do is bolt on the stirrup/string stop block and quiver. Only the bolt provided is the wrong diameter. Considerably too big. Called 10 point. Customer service knew exactly what the problem was. Are sending a new bolt. But I still cant hunt deer. Dont know when Ill get the bolt. They were going to expedite it but damn. Enough is enough especially when they were aware of the problem. I will say the 2 ladies (is it ok to use that pronoun? If it aint f em) have been very helpful and nice to deal with but Im down to a little over a week of deer season left. Anyway. Anyone else have these problems? No idea how a 10 point shoots. Used a pse for years and shot many deer with it. Then I messed up a cam and pse wont fix it. Oh well. Have fun everyone

String broke after second shot

Tenpoint Crossbows - String broke after second shot
String broke after second shot. Called customer service twice in one day and they still could tell me nothing later that afternoon looked and they had sent an email saying they usually dont send out string but they would send one out. That I would have to take it to a dealer to get it put on. So wait for a string then wait for a dealer to fix it. There goes all of bow season. Very disappointed in Ten Point. Brand new bow that I cant use. I had ordered another one for a friend that just came in today and will be sending it back after all of this mess. Really think product should be stood behind better than this. I will be looking at bows from other competitors after this.

Bad Customer Service

Crossbow Serving string broke. Had it fixed at my local Archery Shop. Hunted for around 1 month after the repair. Opening day of this season the Serving String broke again. Found out that both Cams were warped. Contacted Ten Point to buy new cams or replace under warranty. They would not!!! they had me take the bow to their authorized Archery Shop for evaluation and still would not sell me the Cams! I was told again that they would only sell to the repair shop for the repair to be completed there!! This is my Bow why should I have to use there certified shop!!! I will never purchase any item with Ten Point's name on it again!!

Lost acudraw handle

I recently purchased a new Wicked Ridge M370. I am completely please with my selection and purchase. However, my second trip into the woods with it the crank handle for the Acudraw system fell off in the woods and could not be found. Luckily, a hunting partner also has a Wicked Ridge and I was able to finish my four day hunting trip. After searching for a replacement, I found that this is a common problem. Knowing that this is a common problem, is TenPoint / Wicked Ridge replacing these lost crank handles at no cost to the consumer??? I don't feel I should have to spend $40-$70 for a replacement!!

TenPoint is AMAZING

I don't understand some of the people on here!! I purchased a Tenpoint Stealth 450 it is a fantastic bow and customer service is great! if people would clearly read the owner manual they would understand how that warranty works!! If the bow breaks because I broke it then I pay! If it breaks because of a defect that then its covered under warranty!!! I had to send my bow in for something small that broke Yes I paid to ship in, But they paid to ship it back to me!!! PEOPLE just wanna cry and blame everyone else when they dont get there way!!! GO UP already

Great service

After reading all these negative reviews I felt like I was dealing with a different company. I shipped my bow to them, they called me when they received it. They replaced string and cables and inspected the bow finding several items that needed replacing and they took care of those items. Called me when they were done and item by item they told me what they replaced and the reason for replacing it. They assured me it was like a brand new bow at this point. Asked if I had any other questions or concerns, which I did not. Very friendly and informative throughout the process. I paid them and they shipped it back to me on their dime. Not one negative thing! 5 stars!

Customer Service Sucks

Crossbow string broke. Had it fixed but said that the string release was broken and they couldn't fix it. Had to send back and was told that it would be fixed under warranty. But after they received it said it was customers fault. It malfunctioned with the string in it and that is the reason that everything broke. Had to play for it to be fixed when it was still under warranty. Never will I buy from them again. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!

I am a Canadian customer and i have only shot approx 20 bolts. i purchased the Bow from Bass pro shops calgary Alberta in 2021. I am impressed with the product, however i am dissapointed in the malfunction of the strap and the assist *** I would like a Canadian repair depot if possible to address these issues.

Horrible Customer Service and Cheap Warranty

Tenpoint Crossbows - Horrible Customer Service and Cheap Warranty
$2600 bow broke after 1 shot- Tenpoint tried to blame it on me. Warranty requires that customer pay for any labor to fix or to pay to send product in to Tenpoint regardless of whether the warranty or any manufacturing errors caused the problem. So it is like you buy a new car from Tenpoint, driving home the engine blows up - Tenpoint offers you a 5 year warranty - but under their warranty you the consuming have to pay for the labor to have the engine fixed. Excalibur and others have much better warranties.

Bought a brand new TenPoint crossbow and it won’t group bolts with broadheads at all.

Tried everything many different broadheads, bolts, changed scope. Nothing works. Ive been shooting bows and crossbows for 35 years. Never had problems like this. Very rude to deal with lady told me she knows more about crossbows then me(rude). They want to make it out to be your fault. I have a thousand dollar crossbow that I cant use. Terrible company.Terrible customer service. Please dont buy a TENPOINT

Tenpoint Crossbows - No existent customer service
I bought a ten point, expecting if I had an issue I could get it resolved. Here it is a few years later, beginning of deer season. Can not get a rep on the line for customer service. Waited 30 mins on several occasions. Absolute disappointment on the customer service end. I was going to buy a new ten point and hand this one down to my son once the issue was resolved, but I'll be looking at other brands due to the fact that there's no support when you have a problem. Thanks ten point, Unsatisfied customer
