Really really bad customer service.
Wrote earlier about getting the wrong stirrup bolt with my new rdx400. 10 point overnighted a new bolt.
Took 7 days tho. And it is exactly the same bolt as the other one. Called 10 point back. They overnighted another bolt.
It seems to be the correct diameter and thread, as it screws into the hole ok, but its at least an inch shorter than it needs to be. With the stirrup in place the bolt isnt long enough to even touch the hole. I can only assume now that 10point is just jerking me around and they have the worst customer service/quality control Ive ever experienced. Something is really fd up here.
Either the stirrup is for another bow or something. Its just plastic and if I buy a bolt long enough there will be the chance of a lot of potential wobble in it. Seems it should mate up much closer. Every time the bow is shot the cable hammers the stops hard.
They are part of the stirrup assembly. This is beyond chicken *** They were closed when the bolt was delivered today.
Guess Ill call Monday and see how to return this box full of garbage. Anyone else have this type of problem?

Did you have to deal with the Rag Nicole? I asked to speak to a supervisor of the warranty department and she wouldn't transfer me.
I told her that I refuse to to explain anything to her and then have to repeat it, unless she's a supervisor... She ended up hanging up on me. My complaint is above her pay grade but apparently she's their iron curtain...
I'll keep looking until I get a phone number that is at the top. I doubt they even know how nasty Nicole is, considering there's no other public phone number
I had the same encounter with their customer service department regarding a decocking bolt that TenPoint sells causing my strings to break and damage the cams. Local service center tried to get it warranteed but TenPoint refused.
Local service center said they have been telling TenPoint for years not to sell that decocking bolt because these new crossbows are too powerful for these bolts. TenPoint’s product caused the damage and they refused to warranty the repairs. $320 repair cost for a $1100 crossbow. Something to be said about a company where you can’t communicate with the warranty department or a supervisor.
It’s obvious they know they have a problem and until a class action lawsuit is filed against them they will just continue their arrogance towards the consumer. Check with other companies customer service departments before you purchase.
Look at their website and warranty also. This should give you a better idea on what type of company you’re dealing with!
